Communication failure !!!!!

I was downloading free trial of Revit 2014 auto desk , and the downloading process was aborted because I clicked on " cancel " by mistake , I tried to download it again but it keeps giving me the ( communication failure icon !! )
I tried to erase cookies but nothing has changed !!! So u don't know what should I do to re download it again ????!!

Restart Windows, then try again.

Hello. The free version is the same as the regular version. Download using an alternate method:

 

  1. Go to http://www.autodesk.com
  2. At the bottom of the page, beneath "Help and Support" click "Customer Service"
  3. Click the "Ask" button for the "Virtual Agent"
  4. Once the Virtual Agent opens, click "Downloading and Installation"
  5. Click "Software Download links"
  6. Click "I need to redownload my product"
  7. Select the appropriate product and download
