building design suite premium silent deployment

Hi,

Im trying to make a deployment to install BDSP2017.1 with all updates and add-ins silently.

Unfortunatly there are .msp files which can't be added.

Also when i run the deployment all the updates need to be extracted first.

third party add-ins which i added through "additional software" in the deployment do install silently.

how do i make my deployments fully silent?

You do not have to fool with .MSP files on 2016 and later deployments.

on the 2016 installation the R2 update and UPD 7 you can only get .msp files and you can't add them with the apply updates tool.

on the 2017 installation the navisworks update 1 is also msp only.

and the problem with the apply updates tool is that it adds sfx files which have to be extracted.

if only all the add-ins could be .msi so that they can be added in the deployment silently, and updated through GPO aswell.. ^^
