Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 6 will not accept my serial number and product key.

Hello. Last year I bought a disk copy of Sketchbook Pro 6. I recently got a new hard drive and went to install it. The install was fine but when I enter the serial number and product key that is on the back of the box the accept button does not become clickable, it is as if I never entered the number. I have double checked multile times that I am entering the numbers correctly. I have attached a picture, with the serial number blocked out, so you can see what I mean.
