3ds max 2011 wont start

Hey!

I've just installed 3ds max 2011 and downloaded the latest hotfix too.

But when I click it it just says initializing 3ds max...

And then nothing happens, I haven't even gotten to the registring part.

I dont know what to do. I have Win 7 home premium, 6 gb ram, intel processor 2,67 (8 cpu)

3ds max 2010 worked just fine.

Dont know what to do?

Please try to find which part block the 3ds max startup.
