Hi,
I’ve been using the generic pacer post that’s available in the Fusion 360 Post Processors page. It’s great post but I have run into a problem with arcs on by X-EMC driven Pacer Cadet, made by AXYX. Some arcs are interpreted as straight lines, others as giant circles that run way off the machine bed. It seems strange as the machine interprets the 'difficult' g code accurately. All of the complex v-carve engraved fonts and other gcode produce by Fusion 360 looks excellent.
I put an example file, a a pic of the Pacer ourtput, on the Fusion 360 Forums, here: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/computer-aided-machining-cam/pacer-post/m-p/6789417#M22731. It is just the simple 15mm radius round fillets on the vertices of the rectangles that get messed up. Everything else, including the advanced 2 ½ D machining, get rendered perfectly.
Can anyone help?
Charles
