Can someone look at the attached block and tell me why when I rotate it, it "shifts" 1*... so instead of rotating to 90*, it's 89*, etc...
Any ideas?

In Juris' block the Flip Action and Parameter have been removed.
But zoom in our the Flip Action and Parameter in your version.
It is not running thru the center of the Rotation Parameter.
If you change this on yours does the Dyn Blk work as you need?

Sorry about delete parameter - that was my fault - I accidentaly delete it
The reason was, that your rotation grip was not on rotation parameter vertical axes and it is not depend from flip parameter. If You draw vertical line through rotation parameter centre - You`ll see what I talking about
