Re-naming blocks or doing a save as...?

I'm having trouble with a block not updating correctly. Is there a way to do a save as and call it something new... or can I rename it somehow? I think it's conflicting with another existing block.

If it is a block within a container drawing open it in the BE and then just save it to a different name.
If it is its own drawign just do a SaveAs as you would normally.

Or just use the rename command.
