TrueView 2014 with Civil3D 2012 Objects

I have seen this is an older issue and want to make sure it is still unresolved.

 

I have a robust drawing created in Civil3D 2012. When i open it in DWG TrueView 2014 it does not display the surface contours.

 

I have set PROXYGRAPHICS to 1 in both the base drawing as well as the drawing with the borders in it that is xrefing this drawing.

Unresolved if the C3D object enabler for AutoCAD 2014 doesn't find and install for DTV2014.
