Strange Site

A couple of Featurelines I drew yesterday have decided to inhabit their own Site.

                  AECC_FEATURE_LINE  Layer: "WorkX"
                            Space: Model space
                   Handle = c4cef
              Site : {322AE13B-C3BA-4F80-9507919E9B576D9C}
             Style : _TAJ Feature Line
            Points : 2
         2D Length : 4.20000000m
         3D Length : 4.20194297m
   Elevation Range : 44.89000000m - 45.01776822m
             Grade : 3.04%

Luckily they're temporary lines that are supposed to be in a junk site. I can move them back to that Site. But I wouldn't want that to happen to Featurelines I needed in a Site. Any thoughts on what might have happened.

What version of C3D?  I remember seeing bizarre stuff like that, but I don't think I've seen it in C3D 2010 or later (yet).

Sorry. I forgot that. It's 2011.

"When you're Strange". Used in the movie Lost Boys.

I would wonder if the site was corrupting and would probably move them to a new site as a precaution. If they were not defined in a surface or otherwise linked to C3D objects, I would copy them all to a new site and delete the original.

I changed them to the appropriate site almost immediately after I found the problem. Audit didn't find any errors. If they haven't been erased by now they will be soon. I'm revising the grading in that area right now.

I was never particularly worried since they were just construction lines. The only reason I was using Featurelines was that they're easier to draw at a particular grade. I just never saw anything like that before and thought it might be something I might need to know in the future.
