Oops ... Yes that is section view ... I'm from east ... and I'm in a hurry ... is that so hard to solve it ? ....
bidoust,
looks like some form of terracing.
are you looking for subassemblies to use in combination with a profile to generate a corridor?
those flat areas could be a set distance from the road and a set elevation or they could be targeted to alignments if they are not a set distance from the road. those terrace alignments could also have profiles associated with them to control the elevations if they are not a set height above centerline. they could be modeled with basic lane and or basic lane transition. there is a generic multi sub which could be used. there are also subs with multiple levels of hma and subbase. It all depends on what the sections are for and what you plan to do with them.
I'm partial to this solution: http://blog.civil3dreminders.com/2010/12/custom-bench-subassembly-updated.html
It is a custom made subassembly that will do the benching and allow for the use of profiles as targets.

Yes ... This is My answer ... so Autodesk doesen't provide this subbassembly in Civil 3D ... but I can do this in Land 2009 ... Shame on Autodesk ...
