Is there a way to insert a jog into a profile label?

Something like the attached images. There is both a before and after image. I would like to be able to do with this with some sort of dynamic label that allows the user to adjust the jog distance by selecting a grip or entering a distance in the command line.
I think I partially answered my own question. I found how to stagger labels within the properties box. How can force the stagger to occur at a certain location from the attachment point?
Yup. I found my own answer.
Next stupid question. Is there a way to jog/stagger the vertical curve labels? See all my previous images if you want to know what I'm looking for.
The stagger settings did the 1 grade break label? I couldn't get it the do anything, and help speaks of it for data band use. could you explain what you did?

So since you found the answer... what is it?
Edit: Never mind I see your solution.
I cant get it to work and I copied your settings. How did you do it?

I haven't been able to figure out manual jogs on profile labels yet. I'm mostly interested in doing it with structure labels. Super frustrated at the moment.I've just been making new label styles as I need them but that is just stupidly cumbersome.
With stc's I anchor the labels to a vertical line and insure that the dragable state is set to 'as composed' so I can drag the label (still attached to the vertical line). I then draw a line to create the jog and match props to get the line on the label layer...a jog function would be real nice for the stc lbls.

Your method got me to thinking about the OP's grade break. If you made two grade break label styles style01 is only a 1" Line.1 anchored to the feature and style02 with data anchored to line.2 as composed attached to line.1. Then when you drag style02 from the other would it create a jog line to the end of style01? I'm home so I hypothesize 🙂

I haven't tested your idea Joe but whenever a label goes into dragged state the leader points to the feature and all lines, etc. in the style disappear.

Hmm, try this...
Turn off the leader, and set your dragged state to 'As composed'.
Set up a label that has an invisible 'Tick' component.
Add your text component.
Add a line; one end attached to the Tick, the other end to the text component.
If you drag this label, the line should hold one end at the Tick location, and let the other end be dragged around with the text.
I have something like this working with a 'Note' label; I imagine it should work with others too.

Not that this helps one bit, but of all profile labels it seems that structure labels should be draggable without having to create all these workarounds.
I tried your suggestion but can't get it to work. Can you post your style so I can analyze it?
Like I said, this is a note label. I assumed the same method would work for others.
This is the same label in the original and in dragged-state:

Thanks for posting your example. As I was reviewing it I suddeny l realized that we can already add jogs to dragged label leaders, so what are we gaining by creating a style to do the same thing?
