I want to have smooth line/boundary between two grading.
In 3d view(attached) they are overlapping
how to combine these two grading.
You could use the "Minimum Distance Between Surface" command on the Analyze Ribbon/Ground Data Panel to find the intersection of these two surfaces. This will extract the 0 line as a 3D Poly that you could use to create your overall surface.
