My Civil 3D 2017 will not boot up. Says it is unhandeled exception and have sent in three error reports but haven't heard back yet.
I did install the Fall Update last week and hadn't used it until this morning.
Any suggestions?

You can try a repair of Civil 3D from the Programs and Features of Windows.
If you want to create a support case go to https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/ and then use your account to put in a support case.
The fatal errors are usually reviewed, but not customer action is done until a support case is created.
The problem apparently came from the install of the Fall Update. I restored my comp back to before the install and am up and running again.
