Hi Everyone-
I could use some help and advice from everyone.
Which method between SSA, Storm Sewers, and Analyze Gravity Network does everyone use or recommend? What is the difference between them? Do you need to use a combination of them or are they all independent?
Thanks in advance for your help!

In a basic sense Analyze Gravity Network and Storm Sewers use the Rational Method to size and analyze only the pipes in a storm sewer system based on peak flows - whereas SSA analyzes an entire stormwater system routed through not just the pipes, but channels and storage elements as well. Analyze Gravity Network and Storm Sewers are based on methods in FHWA HEC-22. Analyze Gravity Network runs right inside of Civil 3D and is based on the current methods in the newer 3rd edition of HEC-22. SSA uses EPA SWMM as it's main engine - similar to Innovyze's InfoDrainage.
There's more information here:
To add to this ..SSA can be run in Kinematic or fully Dynamic mode for routing hydrographs..
and..
SSA and Hydraflow are chosen to design detention ponds.. (SSA in Dynamic mode)
Do you know if SSA is able to export the structure property data from C3D, even after doing the matching parts settings? Exporting the structure types is barely working, but none of the other properties (gutter data, grate and curb data) is exporting.
