File is uploading continuously

Hello,

New to BIM360, my file in the documents application is continuously uploading.

How do I stop this or delete the file?

Hi @Anonymous 

 

For how long has the file been extracting? 

 

Please send me a private message with the following:

  • Name of your BIM 360 account
  • Region (US or EU servers where the account is hosted). If you don't know this, check the URL and let me know if it says bim360docs.eu.autodesk.com or bim360docs.autodesk.com
  • Name of the project
  • Is this a cloud workshared model or a file that was directly uploaded?

Hi Bogdan, the issue resolved itself eventually, it was stuck uploading to
the documents and i couldn't add it to the swim lane to share wih my
