Hi,
I'd like to help but I'm not understanding the problem, can you give a more detailed description of the process?
It would help to see your workflow, the behavior, and where to look for this issue. There is a free video recorder called http://www.jingproject.com. Please make us a video of the issue. Jing allows you to upload the video to a website called http://www.Screencast.com, for free. Jing places a link to the video onto your computers clipboard. Simply paste that link into a reply to this post and we can then watch it and provide a solution to the problem.
Cheers,
Volker

I had the same problem .. see this thread for an easy workaround
don't know what changed in ACAD, but this just worked 2012, you didn't have to remember to toggle the Z lock
Hi,
My friend figured out a way to move the dimensions!
type command "ucs", Then select "Object" and choose the dimension that doesn't work, it will change your ucs to the one the dimension is in, then it should work.
