I have recently reinstalled Autocad, and have some problems with the status bar. It seems that the button to switch between 2d/3d, vertical exaggeration, view scale etc. have disappeared from the status bar. See attachment. How can I bring these back?
Allready tried that one. Mapstatusbar is an unknown command. Maybe that's were the problem is?

Are you really sure you wrote the underscore sign BEFORE the command?
Must be _MAPSTATUSBAR, sir.
According to this:
it should work, unless the command was dismissed in 2011 release.
If that's the case, my apologies...
Hello from France
Just an idea, this trick could be the solution (not tested on 2011) ...
Please play with REGEDIT ...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
-- Software
---- Autodesk
------ AutoCAD
-------- R17.0
---------- ACAD-500x:40C
------------ Applications
-------------- AcMap
Create Key (DWORD) "Statusbar"
If value = 0 then Status Bar "AutoCAD Classic"
If value = 1 then Status Bar "MAP 3D 2007"
HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Autodesk / AutoCAD / R1x.x
Key : R17.0 for MAP/CIVIL 2007
Key : R17.1 for MAP/CIVIL 2008
Key : R17.2 for MAP/CIVIL 2009
Key : R18.0 for MAP/CIVIL 2010
Key : R18.1 for MAP/CIVIL 2011
Please let us know ...
Bye, Pat
