Hi,
Machines were purchased for us from Dell that had the upgraded video card option (AMD Radeon HD 7570) . However when launching AutoCad Map 3D it complains about the graphics card not meeting the criteria or being on the approved list. This is not acceptable to the Faculty for the students to see this message. As such we brought in a NVidia Quadro K620 2GB card from your supported list and installed it this morning. Map3D still complains that Hardware Acceleration is on but the graphics card does not meet the recommended criteria. If we swap 44 of these into the target machines and the message still appears we will be accomplishing nothing. The i7 purchased from Dell only has a 250 watt power supply in it so we can only purchase lower level video cards. As this card is on your approved list and I downloaded the driver for your site (getting there from Autocad 2015 supported hardware) why are we seeing this message. We are in a domain environment so suppressing this message would have to be for all users if there is a way to do that (HKLM or local file tweak).
Thanks.
