UCS & UCS II toolbars

Anyone have any idea why these are two toolbars? I mean, why not just have
one, with all the tools together? Or does anyone actually find the UCS II
toolbar serves their needs?

Just curious.

You can combine them as needed, even add/subtract at will: customize to suit
your needs 😉

I was just curious if there was a reason for two toolbars that I was unaware
of. It seems like a single toolbar by default would do the job. Really no
more than idle curiosity. I suspect I will combine them.
