Ok; how do i know if i still have tech support???!
I have just installed LT2012 and am on subscription but when I go to tech supportand request support i get directed to a new web apge with the following message:
Login Error
Your login attempt using single sign-on with an identity provider certificate has failed. Please contact your salesforce.com administrator for more information.
who is salesforce.com and who is my administrator??
As for the LT2012 issues i'll post them seperatly!!
