Rolling Door in plan view

Hi,

Does someone know how to show "Rolling Door" in plan view?

Thanks

As I recall I just give it a leader that says "Rolling Door".

All the OP needs to do is visualize a rolling pin in plan view 🙂

Yes, if it's a vertical "Roll-Up" door.

If it's rolling horizontally, like a sliding door or sliding fire door, then just a rectangle slightly rolled over.

Or maybe a sectional garage door?

I guess it sort of depends on what OP means.

OP if it's a rolling door that rolls up into a drum, then you show a rectangle for the drum (I have made it dashed) and identify it with a door tag. If its a sectional rollup door, then it's a thin solid rectangle, but the area it occupies in the up position is outlined with a dashed line. If it's a door that rolls to one side then it is a thin rectangle shown partway in its opened position, with a 2-way arrow. You can identify any of these with a door tag.

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂

Actually, your mutterings are actual solutions rather than just comments taking up space.
