Problem using/getting online maps

Hi,

I need to input Northing & Easting coordinates to plot points on a map. So I went to use the Geolocation tool and got this message:

Maps cannot be displayed

You are either offline, not signed in to your Autodesk 360 account OR you have chosen not to use maps.

I am signed-in, and I am online, and I DO want to use maps. How can I restore this map option? Is it even possible to do what I want to do with regards to inputting coordinates to get points on a map/drawing?
