Dynamic Blocks

Hi:

I am new in the Dynamic Blocks even that I have been a couple of years in the CAD world. So, my question is simple: How to create a Dynamic Block? Which command do I have to use and how is possible to change visibility/state status. I want to create a Block that show a Truck in side view with either the bucket up and the bucket down -not at the same time of course-
