No File Found when Downloading AutoCAD for Mac

I have been trying to download AutoCAD on a Mac. I was able to successfully download Akamai but once that is successfully installed, the Autodesk window indication time left on the download tells me that no file can be found. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
Have you tried "Browser download" option?

No, I havent seen that option. At this point I have tried to restart my computer, so the only way I have to tap into the 'download now' button is through searching my invoice. On that sumarized copy it doesnt have a broswer download link. do you know where/what i could search for to find it?

Backups aren't just for drawings: once the installer downloaded, back it up somewhere in case you have trouble later.
