When I have a project with unevenly floor heights, most commonly a 3' basement level below the ground floor, any stairs that are on that level do not show up on the floor above, despite being well within the lower limit of the cut plane. Despite starting 3 feet below the floor level, they're cut as if they start 10 feet below the floor level and end 7 feet below.
Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is this a bug? And if so, is there a work-around?
I've included a bare bones project folder that shows this behavior.
