Hi everyone.
I am having some problem with plotting Raster image.
From time to time I need to use raster image as a background such as the example in the attachment. Here you can see that the raster image is only plotting half of the image. Are there anything I can do with this?.
Thank you.
From looking at the files provided, I am unable to reproduce the described behavior. However, with using the first 5 steps of the following "clean purge" process to remove corruption from a file (http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS18809891) I was able to remove over 870 unregistered reggapps. This could be contributing to this issue. It is a good practice to clean files from any corruption as to mitigate any poor file performance. I have attached the partially cleaned file for your reference.
In addition, you may want to "toggle" the hardware acceleration on / off to see which setting provides the proper results. The hardware acceleration setting can be changed by:
You may also want to look at your graphics card and make sure that the driver is up to date. I would suggest reviewing the Autodesk Certified Hardware page (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/syscert?id=18844534&siteID=123112) to verify if your graphics card is listed. Here you can also find the latest certified driver for the graphics card. If your card is not listed, you can update the driver from the manufacturer's website.
Regards,
