I know that this is not the correct forum, but the 'new message' option in the Showcase forum is unavailable. I decided to take my question to the most trafficked forum. I am having trouble with Showcase. I had a file that looked perfect in the viewer. I added a decorative picture to the wall and reloaded - now some of my finish/material assignments have turned to the default gray. I have not modified any other settings. Any ideas as to how or why this might happen? Thank you in advance for any feedback.
I am currently perusing AutoDesk and Google searches but thus far my efforts have been fruitless.
