Importing PNGs

I have a PNG file that includes White Content and an invisible background. I want to import it into AutoCAD WITHOUT a background being made for the PNG. I just want the content that is visible to show up in autoCAD. Is this Possible?

Select the PNG file you brought into your drawing and on the Properties palette, under the Misc heading, change Background Transparency from "No" to "Yes".
