have to select objects after command "copy with basepoint"

I cant select object before command "copy with base point" it asks for basepoint and then select objects. 

It is just with that command can use copy and select object berfore command. 

Pickfirst is set to 1. 

Any ideas? 

Its the same if I right click on a block and choose block editor

COPYBASE command works by selecting the objects first here: CTRL+SHIFT+C activates it and the only prompt asked for is the base point.

By chance are you selecting more than one object and PICKADD variable is turned off?

No im just selecting one object.

Pickadd is set to "2"

QAFLAGS 0 made it. It was set to 31. 

I dont even know what it is but it made it work properly.

I see on another forum, it says "QAFLAGS controls internal functions (debugging)" but that's all i see on it.
