Hello, I recently exploded text but now i need it to be a Polyline, when using PEDIT I experienced the above problem !
Any ideas?

Looking at that image it looks like the ends of the number do not line up which is why you have more than one closed polyline.
I suggest you zoom in as close as you can on your number 2 (after exploding and getting rid of the lines you don't need)and make sure that then ends of the lines you do need join together.
