Hi Humberto,
Have you seen the trouble shooting article on cracking the Vault?
http://crackingthevault.typepad.com/crackingthevault/2011/05/job-processor-checklist.html
There is also a similar thread regarding the object reference issue here:
And a job processor update you can try to apply here:

Thanks
fix Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
have new one
You do not have adequate permissions to perform this operation.
Do you mean that the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" issue that you were experiencing is now fixed?
And now you are experiencing a new issue, "You do not have adequate permissions to perform this operation."
When do you see this error? While using the Job Processor? Do you see it in the log file? Are there additional details you can provide?
Thanks,
- Matt
Yes, Object reference not set to an instance of an object issue is now fixed
<Do you see it in the log file? >
from the log files

Error 11/09/2012 07:42:07
Job 120240 Autodesk.Vault.DWF.Create.ipt : You do not have adequate permissions to perform this operation.
----------------------------------------
What user do you have logged in to the JobProcessor.exe (it should be listed in the lower right corner of the JobProcessor window). Does that user have adequate permission to get to that file, as well as check-in the visualization file to the directory?

One thing to try would be try to create the DWF without the JobProcessor. Log-in through Vault Explorer and try to create the DWF for the part there by clicking on the file and then going to the Preview tab in the lower panel and choosing "Update".
You should probably start a case with Support to see if they can help figure out why you are getting the inadequate permissions error.
