created a mechanical equipment family containing several shared parameters and
then loaded it into a project. I then went back into the family and
reorganized the shared parameters – placing them in different groups in the
Family Types dialogue. When I reloaded the family back into the project, these
changes were not made to the family. I went into the project browser, deleted
the family from the project and reloaded the family (yes, I saved the family).
No luck. The parameters were still grouped as they were the first time I
loaded the family. If I load the revised family in a new project, the
parameters are grouped correctly. This scenario is also true of other
families. How can I get the parameters of the family in the project to be
organized like the parameters in the actual family (.rfa)?? I should also note
that the “project” is actually my project template (.rte).
