In shaded visual style I can barely see the cable tray because it is so white

When I change from realistic to shaded visual style I can barely see the cable tray because it is so whiteWhere is the color of the cable tray (for example) determined to be displayed so white, and is it possible to change the color of the background of the model? Because I do have some white (insulated pipes) in realistic visual style.

Please open up Revit Options and go to the Graphics tab.
There use the invert background setting. This will work for 2D and 3D backgrounds.

If this is related only to 3D you could also go to Properties -> Graphic Display Options -> Edit and change “Background” to Gradient. This will give you the possibility to set individual colors for Sky, Horizon and Ground.
