We are about to embark on our second consecutive project for an Archicad architect.
Its only a small hospital, so not major 😮
I understand that there are ways & means of modeling in Archicad (a program I have never so much as looked at a desktop icon for) that help get a better quality IFC export/import into Revit.
Does anyone know of any good practice guidlines I can offer the Architect to encourage him to model in a manner that gives me a good (or at least better) quality model to work from?
The other project we are doing is full of holes - most of the detail comes through, but some of the floor & ceiling slabs dont.
I already have the Improved IFC Inport tool from Graphisoft.
TIA
