in place walls

New to revit. I created a sloped in place wall but would like to have that wall with the same features as the CMU listed. How can I create the structure and the finish of an in place family?

It depends. If the wall is sloped and parallel to the slope, then in if you create a mass, and then create wall by face, selecting the cmu wall type, all the layers will be there. If you want a straight cmu wall with a sloped face then you would create the cmu wall and add a sloped profile for the battered portion assigning the sloped material to it.
