REVIT 2014 will not INSTALL, hangs up at C++ 2008 SP1...

Revit single user license will not go past "C++ 2008 SP1..." at the splashscreen.  I have tried the installation with and without the service pack.  I'm running on Win 7, 64 bit machine, plenty of room and memory.  Already installed Inventor with no problems.

I had this issue before, fixed by uninstalling all Microsoft Visual C++ from my computer. Then I restart the installation.

If that doesn't work, check this troubleshoot from Up and Ready.

Cheers,
