Had to draw this chemical mixer/rinser for lack of a 3d model from the supplier, thought it might make a nice picture for today:
The photograph shows it's position in our spraying machine.
Again done in Showcase 2014.
Anyone have any 2015 renders to show already?

Nice!
Been to busy with monkey work to play with 2015 for more than 5 minutes... so nothing to show off yet.

Not a great rendering, but this little project has been my most... ummm... ambitious yet. 100% of the design, manufacturing, wiring and programming done in-house. It's a "Junkers Vibration Test Machine" that basically shakes apart bolted joints and measures how quickly the clamping load goes away. This machine uses a 20HP (400-pound) 3-Phase motor and should be able to shake apart fasteners as large as 1-3/4" thread size. Lots of force involved, lots of FEA work, but should be interesting to watch!
First parts that will be tested on it are 1-3/8" Grade 8 railroad track bolts - should be exciting!
Student "mixer".
Just got Inventor 2015 installed this morning, and I've managed to do the impossible:
What incredible software!
in the works ....
This is what I'm working on. Nothing fancy but since all the cool kids were posting pictures..........
Something I did and rendered in Showcase
Just to keep the Inventor people happy a quick render in Inventor Studio.
