We created DWFs using DWF writer from Microstation V8i (both model & paper space). The DWF created is having scale issues once the units and scale are set. The difference in units read out is around 15-18% higher. Ex. a dimension of 1000mm on A1 size DWF with scale of 100 reads out to around 11-11.8mm instead of 10mm. Even the page size gets increased by the same ratio (935mm instead of 841mm).
Are we missing any settings here? We have gone thorugh the properties and couldn't find anything to fix this one.
Thanks

Dicky Shu,
I just wanted to know the status of this issue. Is still under development or has it already been resolved in any new build of DWF writer.
Thank you.
Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
I am afraid there is no certain information about new build of 32bit DWF Writer, we will let you know if we got some updates.
Thank you,
-Dicky
I have a consultant trying to submit a DWF plan set for review and is having difficulties. He is using Microstation V8i on a 64-bit machine and when he tries to plot to DWF Writer the lettering(font) are scattered throughout the page. Is there a fix for this?
Hi Fred,
As far as I know, I am afraid the answer is NO.
I guess this may not be a 64bit unique issue, it would also happen on 32bit platform.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks,
-Dicky
Dicky,
This issue is on a 64-bit platform, we haven't heard of this occuring with our consultants using 32-bit platforms.
Thanks,
Fred
