Create link between Data File and Wiki Page?

Is it possible to create a link between a Data file and a Wiki Page?

I've read a few other questions concerning creating a link between Wiki pages but I'm trying to take it a step further.

I know I can create a link to the URL of the part but was hoping for something a little smoother and easier to manage.
