Do you mean Opening objects (as opposed to "openings" in a generic sense, which might include Windows, Door/Window Assemblies, etc)? If so, the answer would be yes, but to get an acceptable final result, you may need to do some work.
At the very least, you will have to edit the Door Schedule and add Openings to the list of objects to which the Schedule Table applies.
You will also want to take a look at the Property Set Definitions referenced by your Door Schedule and the properties therein and verify that the Property Set Definitions can be attached to Openings (Openings do not have Styles, so any style-based Property Sets would not be able to be used on them). You will probably want to make any object-based Property Set Definitions apply to Opening objects.
You will also need to verify that the individual properties also would have a value when attached to an Opening. There may be automatic properties that apply to Doors that do not apply to Openings. If Openings have a similar property with a different name, you could choose that property for Openings (I believe if you hold down the CTRL key, you can select a different property for each object type) so that some value gets reported.
Chances are that there will not be an equivalent property, or that you will have style-based properties. There may also be properties of Doors for which there is no real-world equivalent for Openings, and you would just like to leave those columns blank for Openings. To do that, you may need to create additional, object-based formula properties, which could be set up to test the object type, and then pass through the appropriate property value (or an empty string) based on the object type.
