Viewing blocks in a drawing

How do I view all blocks in a drawing? Especially ones that are bound XREF's?  I'm not a draftee I'm a Doc Controller.

If you can open the drawing in AutoCAD, press Ctrl+2 to open Design Center to view all blocks in the drawing.

Can you please look at the attached screen shot and tell me if that window is showing converted XREF's to blocks? I obtained this via Visual LISP.

Yes, they are blocks HAVE BEEN bound from xrefs. But you can't tell if they were bound in the last time or long time ago.
