Export from 3dsmax Revit model missing textures.

Hello 3DSmax community, 

I think this is the right place to ask this question? 

I have imported a .RVT and an OBJ from drone data into 3DSmax.

Everything looks fine and textured inside 3DSmax.

When I export the drone data by itself as an OBJ, everything is fine.

When I include the Revit model (which shows it's textures while inside 3DSmax) the whole model is missing it's textures(it is just gray) this is including the drone data. I've looked at the MTL and the texture are linked to the right location.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
