"Please use Get Revision..." dialog box

As a rule, our company has multiple people working on different subcomponents of the same assembly.  Therefore we constatnly see the "Please use Get Revision to download the latest information before performing this operation" dialog box.  As we work with very large assemblies, it's impracticle to get latest on an entire assembly to simply perform a small operation on a small sub-component that is up to date in vault.

Please add a "don't show me again" check box to this dialog box

I'm surprised this didn't get more votes. This popup is seriously annoying, especially since it happens for EVERY SINGLE out of date part in an assembly, which could mean taking a few minutes to click through 100+ popups.
