Do not want web users to view obsolete drawing
We strongly protest Autodesk’s move to give access to web users to see and accidentally download and use obsolete drawings as it would cause major issues and conflicts.
Not sure about the original requester's intent, but I have a need for not providing web users using the Thin Client to not see old released revisions of the file in a file-based workflow. We are not looking to use items and strictly files.
Unfortunately the History option provides all the previous revisions and provides an opportunity for somebody to inadvertently print or download a previous revision rather than the current release (if they aren't careful).
