Assign multiple projects to User from admin dashboard

If we add new user to Upchain, we have to add them to all projects one by one. It would be nice to have the option in the Admin --> Users to be able to add a new user to multiple projects with their role (or atleast the primary role by default) from the list of active projects. We can see what projects and role each user has already so it could be part of the same tab.

Instead of using Role, there should probably be separate user groups for this.  How groups and roles interact can be tricky, but it's not like Upchain is the first software to have this issue. There are good precedents to follow. 

"Important: The role does not determine the user's permissions in each area of Upchain (this is controlled by the license-type)." This is a flaw in Upchain - need a good way to add multiple people to multiple projects, and chose their permission level at the same time (read-only, edit, etc).  License type should be treated as a separate issue. Yes, license type is an limit on what users can do, but we should be setting deliberate permissions for everyone as if users have the capability of a full license.

A rigid set of roles is shortsighted.
