Add a check so translation version and 3D or 2D version always match before CR release.

In theory they should always match, but in case it doesn't, bulk export doesn't work properly, because it doesn't find the matching translation version.

On the picture you can see translation version version doesn't match solidworks drawing versions, so it shouldn't be allowed to be released.

CR Releases shouldn't allow you to release an item that doesn't have the content properly.

So matched versions is why Bulk Export sometimes does not extract the PDF drawing.  I wish I knew this! I would add that Bulk Extract should also have a button to have it extract all PDF translations or any documents  in the translations folder.
