Export e57 format as "true unified" point cloud

When exporting an e57 file from ReCap, the option to unify the point cloud still maintains the different scan locations.

The difference between unifying and not unifying the e57 point cloud is that with "not unified" the Real Views and the Registration are still available.

With "unified" you don't have Real Views and the Registration option anymore, but still the different scan locations.

The only workaround is to export to a unified RCS file, load the RCS file in a new ReCap project, and export it to the e57 file format.

The IDEA is:

Add the option to directly export a "true unified" e57 point cloud.

"True unified" means an unstructured (single scan) point cloud that is sampled to a given point density.

A unified point cloud is typically a fraction of the size of the original and that is why it is often preferred by users of point clouds.
The extra step to export to an RCS file first is not needed anymore.
