Allow Line Type, Weight, and Color to Pass Into .IDE File

When we create the IPT that will be used for an IDE file, we can change the line type, weight, and color of individual lines that will be used for the IDE 2D sketch representation. However, once we convert that to an IDE file, it keeps the sketch but none of the formatting will carry over to the IDE. It would be useful to have the IDE file keep the formatting of that sketch that way nesting programs can read the different line types.
