Allow Changing of the Model State Representation of a Sub-Level Component When Editing a Subassembly Within a Top-Level Assembly File

Allow Changing of the Model State Representation of a Sub-Level Component When Editing a Subassembly Within a Top-Level Assembly File

Just as it says. I often find myself needing to simply change the model state representation of a component within a subassembly, while editing from the top level assembly file. Inventor allows me to select the "Representation" right click menu selection while picking on the component needing changed, and tantalizingly pops up a dialogue box, but the "Model State" field is frustratingly greyed out as unable to be changed. Why? The workaround is to take unnecessary time to open the subassembly, change the model state representation within that file, save, and then return to the top level assembly file in order to proceed in my top-down design. What a waste of valuable time and resources. Please fix this on the next minor release of the software so that we can actually do top-down design in inventor..
