Raster Design OCR issues

Dear forum members,

I have a question about Raster Design 2016 for AutoCAD 2016

Can someone explain to me why OCR text is not working at all?

Please see screenshot

It recognizes the text correctly but the OK button WILL ALWAYS BE greyed out

Hello DGRL

It looks like you're seeing a grayed out button when attempting to register and activate your product. This issue typically occurs because Internet Explorer is either blocking or cannot connect to Autodesk registration servers. Access to Autodesk services is blocked by either IE, network, or proxy server security settings. The following article(s) should help you resolve the problem:

I was browsing different forums and I switched to autocad to place this thread

As I wanted to post it it gave a red flag that I needed to give title

Parently it also changed the forum section as I did no tnoticed this
